These Billing Terms & Conditions govern pricing, payment, invoicing, and cancellation practices for services provided by Packer Office Maintenance. By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Pricing Structure

Packer Office Maintenance offers flexible billing options based on the scope, frequency, and complexity of services requested. Pricing is determined using industry-standard commercial cleaning models, which may include one or more of the following:

A. Flat-Rate Pricing

A fixed price agreed upon in advance for a defined scope of work. Commonly used for routine office cleaning and predictable service schedules.

B. Square Footage-Based Pricing

Pricing may be calculated based on the total square footage of the facility. This method is typical for corporate offices, medical buildings, and larger commercial spaces.

C. Room & Bathroom-Based Pricing

Pricing may be determined by:

  • Number of offices or rooms

  • Number of restrooms

  • Breakrooms and common areas

Often used for small to mid-size office suites.

D. Time-Based / Labor-Based Billing

Certain services may be billed based on labor hours required. This is typical for:

  • One-time deep cleanings

  • Post-construction cleaning

  • Specialty or customized services

2. Types of Cleaning Services

Billing may vary based on cleaning level, including:

Routine / Superficial Office Cleaning

Typically includes:

  • Floor sweeping and mopping

  • Carpet vacuuming

  • Trash removal

  • Light restroom cleaning

  • Surface wipe-downs

Deep / Corporate-Level Cleaning

Typically includes:

  • Detailed restroom sanitation

  • Floor scrubbing, buffing, or stripping

  • Carpet shampooing or extraction

  • High-touch surface disinfection

  • Kitchen and breakroom deep cleaning

Deep cleaning services require increased labor and are billed accordingly.

3. Monthly Service Plans

We offer monthly recurring service plans customized to your company’s specific needs. Plans may include:

  • Defined scope of work

  • Agreed service frequency (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)

  • Consistent billing cycles

Payment Terms

  • The first month of service is due upfront prior to service commencement.

  • Subsequent months are billed per the agreed schedule.

  • A written service agreement may be required.

4. Customized Pricing Discussions

Pricing is based on initial assessments and agreed service scopes. We welcome the opportunity to discuss a mutually agreed-upon pricing regimen to meet your specific operational needs.

5. Billing Adjustments

Pricing may be adjusted if:

  • Scope of work changes

  • Square footage or room count increases

  • Service frequency is modified

  • Additional services are requested

Any material changes will be communicated in advance.

6. Invoicing & Payment Due Dates

  • Invoices are issued per your service agreement or booking confirmation.

  • Payment is due as stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.

We accept:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • ACH / bank transfers

  • PayPal

  • Zelle

8. Service Plan Cancellation Policy

  • Monthly service plans require 30 days’ written notice for cancellation.

  • Services will continue and remain billable during the notice period.

9. One-Time & Short-Notice Cancellations

The following cancellation fees apply and are consistent with industry standards and Maryland law:

  • One-time cleaning services:
    Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $300 cancellation fee.

  • Weekly or recurring services:
    Cancellation with less than 72 hours’ notice may incur a $300 cancellation fee.

10. Non-Payment

Failure to remit payment as agreed may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of services

  • Termination of service agreements

  • Collection efforts consistent with Maryland law

11. Taxes & Legal Compliance

Applicable taxes and fees will be disclosed as required. These billing practices comply with the Maryland Consumer Protection Act and applicable state regulations.
