At Packer Office Maintenance, we are committed to delivering high-quality professional cleaning services. This Return & Refund Policy explains how service concerns, refunds, and credits are handled in compliance with Maryland law.
Packer Office Maintenance provides service-based cleaning solutions, not physical goods. As such:
There are no βreturnsβ in the traditional retail sense.
Refunds or service credits, if applicable, are based on service performance and customer notification.
If you are dissatisfied with a completed cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
Notification must include:
A description of the concern
The service date
The affected area(s)

Upon review, and at our discretion, we may offer one of the following:
A re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost
A partial service credit applied to a future cleaning
A partial refund for the affected portion of the service
Refunds are not guaranteed and are determined based on the circumstances and documented service scope.
Refunds or credits will not be issued for:
Issues reported after 24 hours
Dissatisfaction due to conditions outside the agreed scope of work
Pre-existing damage, wear, stains, or permanent discoloration
Areas inaccessible at the time of service
Services declined or modified by the customer at the time of cleaning
Delays or disruptions caused by customer actions, building access issues, or utilities unavailability
One-time services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Recurring services: Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full service fee.
Fees are disclosed in service agreements or booking confirmations.
Customers agree to contact Packer Office Maintenance directly to resolve concerns before initiating chargebacks or disputes with financial institutions.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension.
If a refund is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5β10 business days, depending on the financial institution
This policy is designed to comply with the Maryland Consumer Protection Act, which requires businesses to:
Provide truthful representations of services
Honor stated policies
Resolve disputes in good faith
Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided under applicable Maryland law.
Packer Office Maintenance reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
